Die App von überaus.de erlaubt den registrierten Mitgliedern die komfortable mobile Nutzung von überaus-Funktionen auf Smartphone und Tablets mit Android-Betriebssystem.
Sie können jederzeit über ihr mobiles Endgerät von unterwegs mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen Dateien austauschen und die aktuellen Beiträge der Pinnwand aufrufen.
Sie können mit ihren Kontakten, auch mit Lernenden auf der Plattform, via Quickmessages kommunizieren.Die Module im Einzelnen:- KontakteÜber die Funktion Kontakte können Sie Quickmessages sowie in Ihren Dateiablagen und auf dem mobilen Endgerät gespeicherte Fotos und Dokumente an andere Mitglieder verschicken.
Sind Push-Benachrichtigungen für den Login aktiviert, erhält der Nutzer eine Meldung bei neuen Nachrichten auch dann, wenn die App nicht geöffnet ist.- DateiablagenDas Modul Dateiablagen ermöglicht den mobilen Zugriff auf alle Ordner und Dateien, die für den Nutzer in Dateiablagen auf überaus zur Verfügung stehen.
Sie können durch die Ordnerstruktur Ihrer Ablagen navigieren, bestimmte Dateien öffnen (und bearbeiten), in einen anderen Ordner kopieren, umbenennen oder auch löschen.
Natürlich lassen sich auch Dateien in die Ordner hochladen.- BrowserWenn Sie die Funktion "Browser" wählen, so gelangen Sie über Ihren festgelegten Standardbrowser direkt zu Ihrem Privatbereich auf der Plattform.- NewstickerSie können den Newsticker Ihres Privatraums von überaus aufrufen und einsehen, welche neuen Posts eingegangen sind.
Der Newsticker beinhaltet auch die Beiträge aus den Pinnwänden von Gruppen und Arbeitsräumen.
Sie können Beiträge einstellen und vorhandene Beiträge kommentieren.- überaus aktuellHier können Sie Neuigkeiten des offenen Portalbereichs von überaus abrufen.
Dies sind sowohl Nachrichten der Fachstelle überaus als auch wichtige ausgewählte Meldungen der Fachwelt.Privates vs.
gemeinsames GerätBeim ersten Start fragt die App, ob ein privates Gerät genutzt wird.
Wenn das Gerät kein privates, sondern ein gemeinsam mit anderen Personen genutztes Gerät ist, stehen Push-Benachrichtigungen und die Speicherung von Logins in der App aus Datenschutzgründen nicht zur Verfügung.LoginFür den Zugang zur überaus-App wird derselbe Login benötigt wie beim Plattform-Login im Browser.
Logins können in der App gespeichert (und natürlich auch wieder gelöscht) werden.
Aus Sicherheitsgründen kann der Nutzer jederzeit den Login der App auf einem Gerät über die Plattform selbst verhindern, indem er in seinem Privatbereich unter „Einstellungen“, „Externe Dienste“, den Eintrag der App löscht.
Dies ist z.B.
sinnvoll, falls das betreffende Gerät verloren oder gestohlen wurde.
Push-MeldungenBei Login auf einem privaten Gerät werden Push-Meldungen automatisch aktiviert.
